Prospect Finder ADU is operated by Andres Alvarado, a sole proprietor based in Chula Vista, California. By using Prospect Finder ADU ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.
1. Who this is for
The Service is intended for licensed contractors and businesses conducting legitimate outreach about ADU (accessory dwelling unit) construction services to property owners in California. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of outreach emails and postcards sent through your account, and for complying with applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act for email outreach and any state or local regulations on unsolicited mail marketing. You must maintain accurate, truthful business information, including a valid mailing address used in your outreach footer.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to contact property owners for any purpose other than legitimate ADU-related business outreach, to harass any individual, or to resell prospect data to third parties outside your own business use.
4. Credits and payments
Outreach emails, postcards, and contact lookups consume credits purchased through the Service. Credits are non-refundable once used. Pricing is displayed at time of purchase and may change with notice.
5. Data accuracy
Property, ownership, and equity data is estimated from public records and third-party sources and provided "as is." We do not guarantee its accuracy and are not liable for decisions made based on it.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including misuse of prospect contact data or non-payment.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
