Prospect Finder ADU is operated by Andres Alvarado, a sole proprietor based in Chula Vista, California.

Prospect Finder ADU ("we," "us") provides property prospecting and outreach tools for California ADU (accessory dwelling unit) contractors. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect about property owners (prospects)

We pull parcel and ownership records from public County Assessor GIS data (San Diego County, LA County). For prospects a customer chooses to "look up," we use a third-party skip-tracing provider to retrieve additional contact details (phone numbers, email addresses) that may not be publicly listed. This data is used solely to let our customers (licensed contractors) contact property owners about potential ADU projects.

Data we collect about our customers (contractor accounts)

Account holder name, company name, email, mailing address, branding assets, CRM connection details, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers ourselves).

How we use data

  • To generate and score prospect lists for a customer's service area
  • To send outreach emails and postcards on a customer's behalf, using content that customer writes or approves
  • To sync prospect records to a customer's connected CRM, if configured
  • To process credit purchases via Stripe

Data sharing

We do not sell prospect or customer data. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the product: our skip-tracing vendor, our postcard printing/mailing vendor (PostGrid), our payment processor (Stripe), and a customer's own CRM if they've connected one.

Opt-out / removal requests

Any property owner contacted through our platform can opt out of future outreach by replying "unsubscribe" to any email, or by contacting us at support@prospectfinderadu.com. We will remove them from future outreach runs.

Data retention

Prospect and customer data is retained as long as an account is active. Customers can request deletion of their account data by contacting us.

California residents

California residents have rights under the CCPA to know what personal information is collected about them and to request deletion. Contact us at support@prospectfinderadu.com to make a request.
